Are you ready for the worst - a computer crash?

Computers are wonderful, when they work. When they don't they're a pain. Are you ready for a computer crash? Are you diligent in backing up your important data?

Don't worry, technology is here to save you. FOR FREE! My son just sent me a link to a program called Dropbox. How does it work?

1. Go to; www.getdropbox.com
2. Download the program.
3. Start the download and following the instructions.

What does this program do for you?
1. It allows you to choose folders on your computer that are AUTOMATICALLY backup to the web.
2. When you add a file to your chosen folder the program also updates the web.
2. Anytime you need one of the files from that folder, you can access it from any computer.
3. 2.0 GB of storage space is FREE! How much is that? That is about 740 average sized photos.

Need help with this program? Send me a comment. Did you find this blog helpful? Send me a comment.

Happy computing!

Pam

A Whole New Mind, Why Right Brainers will Rule the World

For all of you Tolle fans (or for anyone who wants to know what's new in understanding our brain) this is the practical application book.

Mr. Pink hits home. How secure is your job? What will it take for your children to find good jobs? How will the U.S. deal with "Abundance, Asia, and Automation"? Do you understand the sixth sense? How can you shut off the chatter in your brain without meditation?

Mr. Pink will take you on a tour of his brain, and why he believes that we all need to balance our left and right brains. His research is witty and insightful. He learns to draw, and travels to India to meet a physician/ guru who has started a new movement in living a better life (more details on this tomorrow).

I invite you to visit Mr. Pink's website; http://www.danpink.com/

Not convinced that this is a book worth reading (or listening to)? I encourage your questions and comments.

Thank you for inspiring me

I knew that I had a blog somewhere in me, but it was a struggle. SuZen, you have been my inspiration.

I dedicate this blog to every adult who has just a little more room in the brain to learn something new. I believe that this is how we will stay young and alive, even though our bodies may try to send us a different message.

My goal is to pass along all of the wonderful things that I learn, and to also learn from you. I hope that this will be a forum for you will be enriched, inspired, and enlightened.

I have a favorite new author, his name is Daniel H. Pink. Tomorrow I will share his world with you.
